Some sidewalks in Central Jakarta now are often used as bases by ojek (motorcycle taxi) drivers.

Beritajakarta.com observation, those sidewalks are on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan in front of City Hall, Jalan Kebon Sirih, East Gate of Monas, Jalan Salemba Raya, Jalan KH Mas Mansyur and in front of Tanah Abang Train Station.
"Sidewalks are for pedestrian, so please control them," said one of residents, Aliyus (36).
